This is the symbol of Gratitude
My wish is to appreciate every great moment no matter how big or small moment. The reason I want to do that is because I will have a better outlook on life and a more positive attitude. The obstacles would be when I get depressed I will isolate myself in my room while I'm thinking about negative thoughts, or If I have a bad moment in my day I let it ruin the rest of my day. I will walk my dogs every weekend on Fridays, and write in my gratitude journal every day on what I'm grateful for.
